Digital Books (Audiobook/eBook)

All sales final on audiobooks and eBooks.

Printed Books (Hardcover/Paperback)

If your hardcover or paperback book is damaged or lost in mail, please email returns@briankotler.com with photos and explanation of the issue within 30 days of your order. A replacement book will be printed and shipped to you. Hold onto your defective copy like it’s a Billy Ripken error card. Sorry, no monetary refunds on books.

Everything Else (Accessories/Apparel)

We offer full refunds or free replacements within 30 days of your order covering damaged products or manufacturing mistakes. 

As each item is delivered, you’ll receive an email asking about your shipment. If you’re not satisfied, click “Report an issue” and follow the on-screen instructions.

We’ll ship you a replacement or refund your money if your claim qualifies. Keep your error-riddled product and think of it like I think of Billy.

If package is lost, we will resend or issue a partial refund.
